Delivery & Collection

Our delivery, Install & collection service is charged at 80p per mile. Often we need to charge for two vehicles to transport the stage and essential crew members to and from your event. Good vehicle access to your venue is important and a site visit to ensure safe delivery and installation may be necessary (charged at an additional hourly rate + mileage). With fuel prices rising our milage charge may increase for some advance bookings and will be recalculated nearer your event, inline with the increased fuel prices.

Please be aware of the dimensions of the trailer and access to your venue. Entrances such as gateways must be a minimum of 3.5m wide. Steep hills, narrow streets and parked cars, overhanging trees, and uneven and soft road surfaces will inhibit access. If you have any doubts please contact us.
